Posted October 10, 2018 10:17:48The internet’s obsession with cat videos is no longer confined to video chat.
But it’s a problem for people who don’t have access to the internet, either because they don’t own a smartphone, or because they’re on a mobile phone.
A new app called Cats is trying to make this problem more accessible.
Called Cats, the app is an interactive web application that allows you to view a cat’s profile, find out if the cat has been reported for animal cruelty, and get more information about a cat.
Cats is a project by a team of researchers in the United States, France, and the UK.
It’s currently available on the App Store and Google Play.
The app is not meant to be used as a substitute for a professional investigation, said Matt Smith, co-founder of the project.
The team has built a tool that works in tandem with a cat safety program in the UK, which is used by the U.K. police.
When a cat calls out to you, you can send an email to the cat’s contact information and get a response.
It will then respond with the details of the report.
“There’s a lot of misinformation out there about cat safety,” Smith said.
“A lot of people don’t realize that we don’t actually have a good record of investigating and prosecuting animal cruelty cases in the U of T.”
Cats has also launched a tool in Canada called Cat Rescue.
The software works like a smartphone app, allowing you to send emails to cats who are missing their owners.
If a cat gets a report from the UK Cat Rescue program, the email will be forwarded to the police and a new report filed.
This is the first time that Cats is available in the developed world.
It took time and effort to create, said Smith.
“We wanted to get it out there as quickly as possible,” he said.
For now, Cats is only available in U.S. states and territories, though Smith hopes to launch it in the coming weeks.
Smith said he expects to make the app available to people in the rest of the world as well.
“The main focus is to get the tool out there and get it into as many countries as we can, but we have to be patient with them,” Smith told Polygon.
“This is a technology-driven project.
They’ll probably be in Canada for a few months, then we’ll start shipping to other countries.”
