The company says it has been testing the product for the past month.
In a video description, the company describes it as a simple, secure and inexpensive solution that works in any room.
“In your home, anywhere from your couch, to your dining room table, or even in the middle of the night, you can now record your favourite TV shows, movies, music, podcasts and more,” the company writes.
“You can even record music, or any other audio you may want to share with your family.”
The system is available in a range of sizes and configurations, with a standard 3-inch version available for $199.
Lincoln also sells a 5-inch video recorder that can record 4K video for $299.
While video trims are a popular feature in the smart home, audio trimmers have been used in a variety of devices for years, and are generally less powerful than video trimmings.
But as technology has improved and consumers have moved towards home automation, it’s becoming increasingly important to have access to both.
“Video trimmers and audio recorders are perfect solutions to both of these tasks,” Lincoln project director Joe Wiesenthal said in a statement.
More to come.
